Having trouble locating your User Fee account on BuffaloNYBillPay? Try using some of the search tips below!

You can locate a City of Buffalo User Fee account by searching with either of the following criteria:

Parcel ID

  • Enter the eight digit ID as indicated on your property tax or user fee statement
  • If you are unable to locate your Parcel ID, you can call the City of Buffalo at (716) 851-5370 for additional assistance

Name and Address

  • Search for the property using the primary owner's name as it appears on the bill
  • Enter street number and street name only ie: 515 Ideal
