Enroll a Buffalo User Fee Account in eBilling on BuffaloNYBillPay

Electronic billing – or eBilling – is a quick and convenient way to receive bills through BuffaloNYBillPay. Residents who sign up for eBilling will receive their User Fee bills electronically via a secure email, rather than getting a paper bill through the mail. 

To get started, create a profile (see Create a Profile on BuffaloNYBillPay) and connect your parcel (see Add a User Fee Account on BuffaloNYBillPay) then follow the steps below to enroll in eBilling:

1. Sign in to your BuffaloNYBillPay profile and select User Fees from the "Services" drop down menu

2. Towards the right of the screen see, "My Properties" and select the property you wish to enroll

3. Under "Account Actions" click Enroll in eBilling

4. Click Accept

You are now enrolled in eBilling. You will receive an enrollment confirmation and email notifications when new bills become available. To unenroll, see Unenroll a Buffalo User Fee Account from eBilling on BuffaloNYBillPay.
