Cancel a Scheduled Payment on BuffaloNYBillPay

Follow the steps below to cancel a scheduled payment on BuffaloNYBillPay:

  1. Sign in to the BuffaloNYBillPayprofile used to schedule the payment and select User Fees from the "Services" drop down menu

  1. Scroll down to the "Scheduled Payments" section and click Cancel next to the applicable scheduled payment

  1. Click Cancel Payment to confirm
